Floaty sheer silk striped maxi skirt by Bill Blass. Bands of opaque silk charmeuse and sheer chiffon in bright hues are cut into a ladylike, soft silhouette. Lined in sheer silk chiffon for light opacity, this sheer skirt is the perfect piece to stand out from the crowd. Wide satin waistband with a double bar-and-tab closure for a polished finish. Layer over a sleek bodysuit or white tee and throw a leather jacket on over it, or pair with a silk camisole and bright heel for a holiday fête. Royal purple, hot pink, black.
