Rare all-over sequin top with blouson waist by Neil Bieff. Abstract sequins in a vibrant jeweled palette with a defined waistband and sculpted drop shoulder create a striking silhouette. Lined in turquoise silk chiffon with hook-and-eye closures down the back leading to a waist zip. We would pair with a full-length silk skirt for added drama. Teal, magenta, lavender, tangerine, citrine, black.

*Few bugle beads missing from top row of neckband at 2 areas and through out; can be repaired (few beads included in baggie). Inside lining slightly stained at inner neckline.
