Toucan Two Piece Set
Born the son of an Italian count, he would be an apprentice for Picasso before being discovered by Diana Vreeland and paving the way for Yves Saint Laurent. Giorgio di Sant'Angelo ushered in the flower power era of the 1960s and is best remembered for his use of bold colorful prints and inventing the 'body' both of which are presented in this toucan printed bodysuit and skirt set from 1972, which was donned by the first German supermodel, Veruschka.

Skirt - waistband has lost stitching (photo 12), small pinhole pulls across lower centre right front of skirt, pinhole and small stain lower left centre (photo 13), pinhole pulls are lost amongst the drape of the fabric and the vibrant print - Estimated size: 2-4
